Inspired by Spirits Distilling Co. was founded upon a love of creativity, history, haunts, legends, lore & of course, spirits.

We believe in old world craftsmanship, quality & the same curiosity that inspired innovative minds at a time when the paranormal, taxes & technology collided to spawn a new age of creativity…and of course, spirits.

Our distillery sits on Pittsburgh’s historic south side, in the heart of its Allentown section. We have called this neighborhood home for five generations.Our spirits are clean, minimal, & small batched for a unique consistencythat speaks to our authentic & genuine nature. We manufacture our copper stills 100% by hand & source our produce locally.

Handcrafted Spirits & Stills

We are now offering our handcrafted eaux de vie, brandy, spiced rum, gin, vodka, specialty spirits & apple pie moonshine. Our stills are handcrafted on site, and all of our ingredients are sourced locally and made in small batches here at Inspired by Spirits Distilling Co. 

All new orders & preorders can be picked up during bar hours, or at Dr. Tumblety’s during retail hours.
